PROFESSIONAL DIGITAL LIBRARY

Halstead faculty members have embraced the idea of collaborating and sharing ideas.  Now we are taking idea sharing to the 21st Century.  This is an evergrowing list of videos, created by Halstead teachers, that explain how they have successfully used digital tools, instructional strategies, or behavior management techniques in the classroom.  Feel free to browse the list and listen to the innovative ways in which teachers are promoting student success in their 21st Century classrooms!

Online Journals

Fifth Grade teacher, Ms. Francis, has created online journals using OneNote.  Instead of dragging home 25 Reading Response Journals, she established an online notebook that gives access to all student work.  Each student has their own tab AND there is a tab for collaborative conversations!

She used this video to assist her in the set-up process.  To gain access to your OneNote Class Notebook, click here and use your BCPS credentials. In the upper left corner click the tiles then click OneNote Class Notebook.
